The service team is great and my lawn has never looked better! Mark is very professional and friendly. He always takes time out to explain what he did after every application, and provides helpful tips and suggestions to keep my lawn looking healthy. Roi is always available if needed and responds immediately to any questions or concerns you may have. Everyone in our neighborhood always comments on how great our yard looks. We are so grateful to Roi and EPLS for the outstanding service and results they have delivered in treating our yard and home for pest control. We had used all of the big name service providers and our yard continued to be plagued with problems and was the eyesore of the neighborhood. Roi's scientific approach to treating our grass and plants has resulted in very healthy and attractive looking landscaping. We've used other service providers and can tell you that EPLS personnel are experts! Other services performed badly with leaving large dead spots. I had to tell you how happy I am since signing on with EPLS, mainly due to the excellent service from Steven Ruby. I've had several lawn companies come and go in the past - mostly the same with a lot of talk and attention in the beginning and indifference as time passed. I even tried it on my own for a few years. My lawn has improved greatly over the last few years thanks to Steven's great care and also the nematode treatment recommended by Roy. Steven is always happy to answer my questions, never in a rush to explain things, and with a style that lets me know he appreciates my business. You are fortunate to have such a great representative of your company. I have been meaning to do a shout-out of two of your field service techs. Kelvin Carter and Maurice Lampkin. Kelvin took over the care of my lawn and shrubs about 1.5 years ago and treated it back to life when other lawn services could not. Kelvin with his can-do attitude was not discouraged even though I had warned him that I got nothing but excuses from the other lawn services, and his persistence eventually brought the lawn and shrubs back to life. Kelvin has now moved on to another territory and Maurice Lampkin has taken over the care of my yard in with the same dedication as Kelvin did and is doing an outstanding job. Maurice as with Kelvin are to be commended for a job well done. Thank you both. |
I was referred to Roi at EPLS from another lawn maintenance and pest service due to the fact that they actually fired me because they couldn't keep up with my expectations. When I first met Roi to walk my property I told him this and I asked if he could keep my lawn looking like Epcot. No joking around, he explained to me very thoroughly how he uses preventative treatments and is always available to spot treat when problems arise. Since hiring him I've only had one outbreak of sod webworms. I sent him a picture and asked him if he needed to look at it and he was there the next day and treated.
Can't say enough about EPLS and specifically Roi. We struggled for over 6 months to find an answer to our suffering lawn. Roi came out after failure of two other companies, diagnosed the problems and within a week had Tyrone(who is superb) start treatment. We just had our 30 day check by Roi and the results are almost unbelievable. Many many signs of a healthy lawn returning.
